Mô Tả Công Việc
• Search and work with the vendors supplying the training services
• Responsible for training logistics and organization
• Offer orientation to new employees
• Execute yearly training for all current employees
• Update and follow up the training activities, records
• Prepare all reports of T&D
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education
- University Degree in HR Management, Business Admin or other related;
- Professional training & development qualification;
- Good at written and spoken English;
- Good computer knowledge in MS Office;

2. Experiences in training & development
- Minimum 1 experienced year in the same position of international company (production is preferred);
- Deep experiences in training plan, training process, training evaluation;
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit;

3. Skills
- Strong inter-personal skills and able to relate with employees at all levels;
- Human Relationship Management, Project Management;
