TAKE CHARGE OF RECRUITMENT REQUESTS FROM DEPARTMENTS.
COMPLY WITH HOLCIM SELECTION PROCEDURE AND HOLCIM LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES.
* Main duties:
1. Handle recruitment requests from Departments (from receiving request to successful candidate’s on-boarding).
2. Follow strictly Holcim selection procedure.
3. Take the role as consultant/ partner to hiring manager.
4. Collaborate with related teams (HR Operation, HR Training…).
5. Join other activities/ projects of HR (Employee engagement, Campus, Traning…).
* Employee contract: 08 months.
* Working place: Head office, 81- 85 Ham Nghi, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
* Opportunities: We offer an open, fast-paced working environment, with internal job opportunities and training opportunities.

* Requirements:
• University graduated.
• Have at least 02 years in recruiting activities.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to learn; Good problem solving skill; Good at managing execution
