Mô Tả Công Việc
Receptionist Activities
Answering and transferring all incoming calls properly and relevant people (in English and Vietnamese);
Receiving & welcoming guests and visitors; providing professional, polite & sincere reception to the visitors;
Managing the occupancy of the meeting rooms and training room with beverage;
Keep the reception area clean and neat.
Admin Activities
Handling all incoming and out-going mails/ Correspondences, couriers, newspapers;
Maintaining and updating contact details;
Being responsible for purchasing, storing and delivering stationery;
Follow up, purchasing, & Maintaining the F&B in office, keep them available all the time;
Managing the filing, storage and security of documents as well as preparing documents and reports per assignments;
Preparing flight tickets, hotel booking, and general affair work assigned by HR Manager or GM;
Being responsible for both payment request, cash advance, cash clearance… and monthly, quarterly reports of all cost in relevant to office expenses which are handled by Receptionist cum Admin;
Manage the day-to-day activities of runners, drivers, cleaner and couriers;
Perform other functions when be required by HR Manager or CEO.
